Many people would benefit from counselling but find private therapy difficult to afford. I offer a limited number of low‑cost counselling spaces with trainee counsellors who are in the final stages of their training. This gives clients access to regular support at a reduced fee, while ensuring the work is safe, ethical and well‑supervised.

Sessions are £30 and take place in person at the Latton Bush Centre in Harlow.

All trainee counsellors work under my supervision and follow the ethical guidelines of the BACP.
